hey all, Ijust got done with a clutch install on a 240. Everything is back together, minus the fact that i have to bleed the clutch. i'm totally lost on how to do it correctly. i've been pumping up the pedal then opening the valve over and over again and no pressure, can anybody help me out

you can get one of those vaccuum pumps for bleeding breaks just loosten the bleeder valve and hook that pump to it. they are only like 30 bucks at harbor freight.

you might have the stupid mush box thingy. its a little box that your slave cylinder line connects to. you have to bleed the box as well. it'll take you a good couple hours and lots of fluid to do it. or you could just bypass the box.

make sure the distance from your clutch pin (where the pedal pushes the master cylinder rod thingy) to the actual clutch pedal is correct.

stupid me changed it on accident and i kept pumping but i never enough pressure. turns out it was that.

It should be like .5 of an inch from the end of the rod (i think...check the FSM)
