clutch help

hey guys will a clutch from a de work with an e. My mechanic said it won't but I trust your opinions more.thanx

what mechanic? have you talked to the guys at allspeed, they are very knowlageable, and not too far away.

have you heard of dynatec. he said I have the wrong pressre plate. I don't think he is right but i'm not sure.

nistec will know for sure. did you buy the clutch as a kit or what? i dont see how you could have the wrong pressure plate unless you used the pressure plate designed for a 3 puck or something like that. did the mechanic pull the trany or did he deside based on a test drive.

well I haven't talked to him yet. he left me a message saying it was wrong well he did have the transmission pulled.
