I guess I could try that again, but like I said it was replaced about 6 months ago right before the winter so I don't think it would go bad that fast. Atleast that would be a cheap and fast fix. Anyone else?keepitsidewaze17 wrote:same thing happened to me i replaced the slave cylinder and all is well there like $15 at parts store
Yeah, it was after the new fluid. It really sucks because I can't see signs of leaking anywhere.aziankingz wrote:did you bleed the clutch after putting in new fluid? maybe you have a leak in one of your hard lines?
Yeah, I'm going to take a look under there today, finally have some free time. If this is the case and there is a leak down the firewall, I'm assuming that the Cluch MC is bad and needs to be replaced?? Thanks for the help guys I appreciate itnismotuner1 wrote:Is it leaking out of the back of the clutch m/c down the fire wall? thats the only thing I can think of if you checked all the lines and the slave is not leaking.
So after checking it out, that is most definately the problem. It's leaking right around where the shaft gets pushed in by the pedal. Picking up a new one tomorrow. Thanks for all the helpjusty90240sx wrote:lets us know but im sure as those guys told u the clutch mc is most likly leaking inside your fire wall its common place to leak
