clutch goin out?

ok so everytime i let the clutch out it makes this noise kinda sounds like grinding metal or like metal rattling and even when it is all the way out it does it any ideas anyone is my clutch going someone told me that one of the springs may have fallen out and is rattling around in there

probably a throw-out bearing. I've only seen a spring come out of a clutch plate once, and it raped the plate all to hell.

tru tru well the way i figure it whatever is goin on in there im just gonna replace the clutch if u pull the transmission out
