I have been driving with my clutch which goes in about 70% and stays there as if it were it's original position example:I---------------70%---15%--Wall

At the I the clutch is as close it can be to the driver. At 70 its just stays there or I can pop it back but it's as if that 70% is nothing. Then the next 30% to the floor, the clutch would engage around the next 15%.

Not anymore. I can't put anything into gear when I turn on the car. All I can depress is those 30% which give me some resistance which now feels like 15%.So I turn the car on in 1st gear and the car moves on its own. I start it on 2nd gear and it moves on its own with no gas.

I tried the manual's adjust the push rod but that thing twist the whole bracket its on. anymore tightening I would have to really exude a lot of force.

Bleed your system and try adjusting the threaded rod where the pedal meets the master, that will adjust the free play in the pedal. Check the clutch fluid reservior to make sure there is enough fluid in there. If the fluid is dark colored or there is fluid near the pedal on the inside of the car, plan on changing out the clutch master.

No leaks. The fluid is dark so does that constitute a change of the clutch master?

Bleed the som-***** out, also, see if there is any fluid leakage inside where the rod comes through. Also, did you adjust the rod yet? You'll prbably need a 12 or 14mm wrench.
