I just bought a clutch kit from Cuzan0. It's a 6 puck disk and it looks awesome. I'm still waiting on some parts so I can't test it out yet, but I will definitely keep everyone informed.

I also have some other goodies that have come in. Check it out...

Tell me what you think you guys. I'm buying one of those ROM chips from JC performance from Ireland. They're cool and seem to be really knowledgeable about the ca so they pretty much earned my business. They are also very responsive and have given me advice about my project.

Basically I'm just waiting for some stuff to come in, then I'm dropping in the motor. I'm waiting for the O2 pipe, dsm 450cc injectors, test pipe, chip, bov and hotpipe, intake and exhaust manifold gaskets. I bought that greddy style Ebay o2 pipe, so I'll let you guys know about the fitment.

I'm putting the head back on tonight, and the motor should be in the car by next weekend. I'll post pictures.

I though you all liked seeing pictures of projects and stuff, I know I do. I'll just post pictures of when I'm done then.

Quote »metal what? disc?[/quote] He's referring to the clutch disk! Those clutches are for extreme performance and will eat up some flywheel along the way as well as give you a grabbing-type action.

Because it's a 6 puck, I think the flywheel will wear slower than a 3 or 4 puck because the force is spread over a larger surface area. Getting this clutch saved me about $100 vs. the Spec. I'll let you guys know how it drives as soon as this weekend.

I installed my DSM 450cc injectors yesterday, and they fit perfectly with the o-rings from the stockers. So anyone considering the DSM route, you definitely do not need to bore out the injector holes in the manifold, just switch the o-rings.

I re-used them because they looked absolutely perfect. I think my engine has very low miles because I have replaced pretty much every seal or gasket in the engine and they all looked like they didn't even need to be changed. I am kind of disappointed that I payed all that money for all the those seals.
