ok dropped in the new KA and installed new slave, bled the system, than fluid would come out of the boot and the piston in the slave is out so far and it pushed the fork of the pivot ball, why? slave is busted now to. when the clutch was pressed the fork wouldnt spring the piston back and it just stayed extended, this happened twice after i pulled motor twice, i have the transmission and motor out again and do NOT want this to happen again so what should i do? also the spring on the T/O bearing was pretty damn loose to where it would fall off the fork, but i changed that.

thank you

Sounds like pivot ball's busted. Get a new one from spl. Just shove a finger through the boot and see if it's sheared beneath the fork. Either that or your not installing the retainer things correctly (wire spring things)

we always stick something under the pedal when we do a swap. pressing the clutch with no motor in always blows them.
