Ok Let me first explain what happened, i was driving when the clutch was only engaging at about the last 1/4 of the peddle, so I went to bleed the system and lost everything? no pressure now??? replaced the master and slave, still nothing! it seams like the system wont build any pressure but at the same time it is pushing the fork out but the fork isnt pushing it back? is there suposed to be a spring somewhere that pushed the fork back to original posission? really starting to piss me off! i have had the transmission off and back on 3 times now.... in the driveway! not fun on a lowered car! and backyard tools! someone said to bypass the dampaning block but i cant really see how to do that? goes from metal line to rubber into the slave diffrent sizes? and that wont make the fork come back? any help???????/

the only thing pushing it back is the clutch pressure plate. if that was messed up you would see it when the transmission was off. do you still have the clutch damper box? if so i would reccomend you get rid of that and rebleed.

is the clutch fork kinda floating in the hole? If so your pivot ball might be broke off. It is what the shift fork teiters on.

how do you go about removing the damper box? the only thing throwing me off is that the metal lies are smaller than the input on the slave for the rubber line? also what does a screwed up pressure plate look like? i put a new clutch on about 4 months ago, with no problem until now? i will take the transmission out again tomorrow! damn i need a lift! anyway thanks for the help guys, anything i can get is a great help! i do more work with bikes than cars!

a messed up pressure plate will have like some springs missing/broken or something like that. pivot ball could be broke(good call scott).damper box: (search for more info) remove box. bend metal line(the one that goes into box) and attach to rubber hose. should fit right up.

does the shift fork move around loosly in the whole? from the outside, if that ball is broke it will move around freely side to side ,up and down.

no the pivot is still there, the fork moves in but doesn't push back on its own?

then something is going on with the mounting of the fork on the t/o bearing or something is wrong with the pressure plate. Can you puch the fork in by hand?[like the slave does]
