Clutch fork probelm

if the Clutch Fork Pivot bolt, broke on me. does this mean the transmission has to come down too?what would happen if the bolt broke off. does the transmission have to come off? and would that mean that i have to replace my clutch also.anyway to replace the bolt with the transmission still on.???

please help my car is not driveable...
