Clutch fan dissasembaly??

Im switching everything over from my old ka, and i dont no how to swap over the clutch fan. theres some circle twerly thingy in the middle looks like its holding it. im trying to take the middle pice off. I know how to take the fan itself off. any help?

4 10mm bolts that connect it to the pulley..done

twereiy thong is thermostat so dont touch
