has anyone had this problem? I have a koyo radiator on my SR and mounted the stock fan shroud. After some driving, i went to check and make sure everything was ok, and i notice a decent sized gash in my fan shroud. Seems it was hitting.... and ate away a bit... few days later, gash looks a tiny bit bigger, so i thought nothing of it. Then i noticed im missing a blade off my fan! geezus! feels a bit more wiggly. could that uneven fan cause some unbalance? anyone ever had this problem?

wat you are talking about doesnt sound safe at all for your radiator. my suggestion is that u put in an electric fan or a replacement clutch fan before u bust ur rad and over heat.

an un balanced fan can cause turbulance and put extra strain on your water pump

Yes a plastic blade will easily puncture a radiator, I have had it happen before.
