I have to baby it into gears otherwise it grinds. It's the ka trans hooked up to a rb20. It feels almost as if the clutch grab points below the floor. Yet the clutch is super tight and doesn't slip. I bled the clutch and everything. Thoughts?

Could be a bad slave or master, bleeding it doesn't mean the slave and master are okay. Or it might need adjustment or possibly just the slave is loose and needs to be tightened. Also make sure the slave is "pushing the clutch fork" inwards enough, and of course check for fluid leaks. If you see no leaks under the hood, check to see if the master is leaking inside the car under the dash.

Also have you eliminated the clutch damper ? Those things are so useless and cause a lot of the problems you have discribed.
