after analyzing the data i would advice against going with clutches that are made in places with strong negative globalisation problems such as many third world contries. reports have proven lees care for work and on a whole gdp aggregate demand from economy driven countries towards these third world countries being outsourced have droped immensly, cuaseing gdp to lower greatly. even though the goverments have placed a expansionary fiscal policy into action the affects wont be oberservable for a while.in conclusion and theory you get what you pay for. now we will analyze the oportunity cost of skimping out on your clutch.center force costs 250$ plus 4 hours install. ebay brand clutch costs 150$ plus 4 hours installebay brand clutch destorys itself withing 200 miles now over doubling the initial cost and time installed. thinking on the margin you may get another ebay clutch, as one more clutch install isnt much more, then you get trapped in the highs and the lows of the bussiness cycle and now you are frictionaly out of the clutch industry beucase of this.

i just made all that up. but, your topic made it seem like we are economists or something.

dual friction clutch works pretty darn good. can take some abuse.

That clutch plate is looking pretty stuffed man..200mi you say?

That breakdown/wear of the inner diameter of the friction surface looks like it's been hitting or scraping on something.. Otherwise the plate is crumbling apart..which tells me it's the cheapest clutch I've ever seen.

Was it an Ebay clutch plate?

Us Aussies like to use the Exedy/Daikin clutches. Not too expensive and go good.

Cheers,Chris

after looking at my flywheel, im pretty sure it was the flywheel. there was a lip on the inner ring of the flywheel, abot 5mm wide. so the clutch would contact this before anything else causing the most wear to as well be on the inner 5mm ring of the clutch disc.
