Ok motor is running great and idles at 800 rpm. Went to disengage the clutch and I have to put it to the floor to get it to release. So I figure I'd bleed the slave cylinder. Did it no bubbles. All new fluid. I can see the slave moving but it doesn't look like the fork is moving all that much. The slave cylinder moves and extends but I couldn't tell you how far. The rubber boot looks like a three ribbed accordion and it extends out so that all three ribs extend but not a whole lot.

I searched and found how to fix the pedal adjustment of the master cylinder.

Now if that doesnt work what should I do next?

Btw I can hear what sounds like the tob making noises due to the clutch not fully disengaging. Also if I let up on the clutch(after being fully depressed) just a bit the clutch fully engages causing it to stall out :wtf2:

If you have bled the crap out of it and the pedal isn't getting tighter, check for fluid leaking on the slave cylinder lines. Depending how long your engine was sitting, you might need a new Slave Cylinder.

ok replaced CLUTCH Master Cylinder and Slave Cylinder then i adjusted the master cylinder rod to the pedal. Then i bled the system for quite some time. It's still doing the same thing as before barely disengaging the clutch when fully depressed. The slave cylinder looks like it's working properly and i guess so does the master cylinder. please watch the video.

The TOB or clutch pressure plate is making a scraping noise when the cluch is in. Dunno wtf is going on. Done my research and only things left are the clutch pivot ball and tob or pressure plate. OR JUST MORE BLEEDING!

Check TOB. Gonna have to rip transmission off and inspect everything.

sounds like it. I finally figured out what was going on with the clutch pedal. There was a bolt and nut attached where the master cylinder rod hooks up to the clutch pedal. I went to the junk yard and grabbed a clevis bolt and cotter that was supposed to be there instead. Also got the rubber stoppers for the acsd switch and clutch pedal switch. Still has a lil play in it but it's not getting stuck anymore.

I can hear the throw out bearing or pressure plate still not doing it's job. It disengages better but not the greatest. So looking into a new CLUTCH DISK/PRESSURE PLATE and TOB and Pilot Bearing and Clutch PIVOT! gonna research those now!
