clutch decision ? little help please

swaped and sr20det (s14) into my s13. Idont know what clutch to get I was looking at this one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... &viewitem= I swapped to a vlsd and the next day learned to drift and now need a new clutch. I need one to hold up to extreme driving draging/drifting. any advice is appreciated.

do you have any personal experience with the ATC?I was looking in to the same one but wont to know how harsh the engaugement is.

I was hoping to buy something not so expensive, I know generally you get what you pay for but I dont wanna pay for just a name. and should it be a stage 2 or 3 clutch?

U should look into a sprung 6 puck. It's less harsh.

Go to jgy.cc they got some good clutches there.

ebay clutch is imo. That is something I wouldn't cheap out on

Yeah. You don't want to be cheap when it comes to the clutch. I went out and bought a pretty good clutch kit. I think atleast. I bought the Stage 2 ACT 6 Puck Sprung Disc with a Heavy Duty Pressure Plate. It's a rough engagement but that's what your going to get with a good clutch.

thanks for the advice I just needed a push to go ahead and spend the money on an expensive clutch. after all what are credit cards for?

For most Americans (and businesses, oh and the federal gov't) credit is for accumulating massive amounts of debt that you'll never be able to pay off My advice, wait until you have the money in the bank to buy one straight up. Do not start putting car parts/mods on CC, it's a potential slippery slope that many fall into and you just might find yourself in a crap-ton of debt. Get a good clutch, but don't put it on a credit card unless you can pay it off in full when the statement comes in. My .02
