Clutch choice?

ive got the stock OEM nissan clutch that has 150k miles on it... it is a little weak right now and im looking for something that will last me for about a year or so...

i saw the exedy OEM and exedy stage ones. cant beat the price on the OEM, but after a few events or launches ive heard the exedy starts slipping..

gripforce is out of the question, ive heard pressure plates snap after 500 miles.. id like to spend around 200 dollars, maybe more if its quality.

also should i upgrade my flywheel as well?

check out the KA-t forums, read around, look through the faq's.

for a ka-t youre gonna need something better than oem quality.

my friend just went turbo, and isnt able to give it any more than 50% throttle or the clutch slips.

look into staged clutches, check out the ka-t forums, youll probably want a new flywheel.

I broke it in for 500miles I put a stand alone computer in the car at the same time as the clutch and was having triggering problems and blew two perefectly fine ka's (lol i didn't even get to try the clutch) . So the clutch is still brand new.

all the ka clutch kits you ever need. I would go with an exedy stage 1 or 2 for your setup.

since yr not turboed stage 1-2 shoul b good, break in right 500 miles, search around though cuz $200 is kinda cheap , u might have to spend more than that. if u ever go turbo,,,, stage 4-5 will cover it.
