clutch? Carbonic or Copper ???

I'm in the search for a good clutch.. for my RB25DET.. 240SX..

I'm looking at two clutches..

1. ATD Copper ceramic stage 3

2. gripforce F1 carbonic stage 3

which do you guys prefer ::: CARBON or COPPER?

hmm never heard of either, i bought a spec stage 3 for mine, it feels absolutley great! barely fimer than stock, and engages very nice.. havent finished the break in..but i cant wait!
