Ok I posted this before and I just now had time to buy a new clutch master and slave cylinder however this just popped into my head and I don't know if it might have anything to do with my problem so I'm going to try and ask before I put my new parts on so I can return them if they are not needed. So let's start from the begining.

My clutch pedal bites all the way at the top of the pedal. It has a lot of pressure but when I bled it it has millions of super tiny air bubbles smaller than usual. I tried to bleed it 11111111199999 times. And adjust the push rod to the master each direction and the pedal would still bite at the top. So I try bleeding again and still millions of little tiny tiny super smaller than usual air bubbles. The pedal has a lot of pressure. Now I checked everywhere for a leak and couldn't find one. I now have a rebuilt master and clutch cyl. I got them both for like 50$ and I am planning on swapping them with my old ones in hope of getting rid of those bubbles. I figure there has to be a leak somewhere I can't see with one of the two. Anyway I noticed when I took off that box the 2nd bleeder and rerouted the hardline the way I bent it the corner near the passenger side before it goes down to the slave sits higher than where it connects too the master cylinder. Could this have made those small bubbles stay in there. Even when I bench bled the master and tried to bleed from the slave a billion times? I know I should go outside and just try to bend it better and rebleed it but I don't really have time to fool around with those tiny bubbles like before been real busy lately.

If you're using a vacuum pump to bleed it, the little air bubbles are normal. If you have an aftermarket clutch, the stiffness can be normal, depending on what type of clutch it is, that and brand new slaves can make the pedal stiffer than what you're used to as well. Whats the procedure you're using to bleed it?
