When I let out the clutch pedal it makes a grinding sound and you can smell it burning. The pedal itself feels the same and all my hydraulics seem okay too. I can put it into any gear when I'm stopped but when I try to drive I cant get out of 1st gear. I only have a about 10,000 miles on the clutch as I replaced it last september and I havent really driven hard on it. If the clutch is bad, it has a lifetime warranty but I dont want to jump to any conclusions yet. Any input wil help.

Thanks

hold rpm's up near 4k, drop clutch. does clutch grab, tirees light up, or do rpms increase and tires don't burnout? also try putting it in 5th and let the clutch out, Does engine die right away?

When I let out the clutch, the car will move but the clutch grinds pretty bad and you can see a little bit of smoke. This is the last time I get a clutch from Autozone. Even though it has a warranty, I might just save and get a good clutch.
