clutch area making noises

there we go.. i took off the transmission and found that mangled rivet piece but I guess that didnt have much to do with anything because all the contact surfaces were great, nothing was msising from the pp or clutch and the throwout bearing felt the same as the brand new one i have sitting here (everything has 500 miles on it..). I bolted everything back on and when i depress the clutch the noises are still there.. and after the car warms up they seem to stay there.

Also the car is more shaky, the b&m shifter rattles over 3k rpm's.

now that i recorded that sound clip.. someone wanna tell me what it could be?

sorry if this sounds a bit silly, but have you checked the fluid level in the transmission?

i just added 2.5 quarts when i put the transmission back on. Nothing leaked out so it should be good

hoepfully its nothing inside the transmission.. really sounds TO bearing related but it isnt
