Clutch and flywheel comparison

Afternoon all, I have read and re-read most of the builds on this site and there is one bit of info that I can not seem to find. I don't want this to turn into a flame debate over what brand is better or worse or flame ebay brands we all know what we pay for is what you get. With that in mind here is the topic of discussion:
"With all these swaps where people are using the vg30 5 speed trans mated to the vh45de. What brand and type of clutch and flywheel combo did you use? I know that both the TT and non-TT can be used with the exception of the 2 mm spacer for the starter on the TT version. But with the choice that you went how was the shift feel? and would you use the same combination again?
