Dont know about the fit from skyline to 240, but as for right to left, yes they should be the same.

RHD seems weird to a lot of poeple because they drive "left handed" but "right footed" so to speak.

If its anything like trying to use the RHD pedals from a jdm s14 into a usdm then the clutch pedal will be fine...but for the brake pedal NO. As far as i remember the RHD brake pedal will basically almost come straight down and hit straight into the steering column, and the USDM i makes a bend to the left and comes back aroudn to clear the column. Hope that helps.

Correct-they are the same config. ( from left- clutch, brake, gas)Just out of curiosity, why would you want to change them?
