Speedo will work with the electronic speed sensor in the rb transmission ( I assume rb25's are mechanical speed sensor's like the 20's?).

Tach wont work, I believe you need a DOHC ka tach, and recalibration.

Tachw ill work just wont read correctly because your Reading DOHC straight 6 not just 4 cylinders. Ive seen vids of the KA clusters on a RB and the RPMS stay in the redline.

They will both read wrong. You can buy replacement tach and speedo from lsauto.com that are cablibrated to work with the RB25 and will drop right into the S13 cluster.

On the RB20 people use the speed senor out of the ka, and then there speed is correct. This does not work for the RB25, because the speed sensors are not the same size.

LS Auto sells a tach and speedo recalibration kit. I know that they are not gonna work for the simple reason the KA24 Cluster is counting 4 pulses in the motor not 6.

Is there an adjustment pot in the tach you can tweak? I used an FJ tach (4-cylinder) in my L20 (6-cylinder) Skyline and it read fine after I turned a pot inside it to adjust it to the six cylinder's pulses. That was an 84' though, never looked at a newer Nissan tach.

It does have an adjustment, but you can't adjust it enough to get it to match. Once you go to about 4grand, it gets way off. I spent a long time messing with the cluster, going to junk yards and pulling out tachs from other nissans, and in the end the $200 I spent on the LSauto gauges was the smartest thing I did.

The speedo in my s14 works just fine with my rb25. The tach needed to be recalibrated using the adjustment knob on the back. To do so, I hooked it up to a power fc to get the correct reading and adjusted to match. After recalibrating the tach, it reads as accurate as it would with the KA.

For you s13 folks, the DOHC s13 tach can be recalibrated just like the s14. Just take a look at what LS auto is selling you, a recalibrated s13 tach. I'm not too sure what you guys do with the s13 speedo.
