cluster question, need an answer

probably a common question but i have a 91 240sx and the digital speedometer does not work, do i have to replace it or can i fix my existing one, i beg anyone to help me.

yes you can fix it if you know how to solider. pull your cluster out and inspect your joints closely for circles in the soilder mounds about half way down the mound. re heat the ones that appear to have circles. and reconnect to check operation.
