Cluster lights staying on when car is off???

All of a sudden last night my S13 developed a problem with the cluster lights staying on. When you shut the car off, the battery, and oil pressure lights will stay on, and if you pull the ebrake up, that light will remain on as well. The redtop has been in for 1000 miles or so, and the problem developed out of the blue... anyone ever seen something like this? where do I start? TIA guys, hope you can help.
