cluster light bulb

Pissied me off!!!! My cluster light is dead and I'm thinking it's the light bulb or the fuse but I switched out the fuse with another one but nothing. Unless I used the wrong fuse; anyone know which fuse is the cluster light? I have to take off the plastic panel with all the buttons like emergency light, flip on lights, etc to get to the cluster, but that thing won't come off because of the steering wheel adjustment in the way!!! I am so pissed right now it's not even funny. How do you guy manage to change it?
