Cluster gauge acting up and Need help with fuse box

I took the gauge cluster off of my 1989 240sx to see if I can fix the problem with the Tachometer, and I accidentally mixed up the plug with pins 1-10 with the plug with pins 21-30. I put the plugs back in the right spots, and now my spedometer is also not working. In addition, when I turn the headlights, the gauge cluster lights up, but only as the headlights pop up, and then they turn off. I do not know if i need a new cluster, or if i blew a fuse or something. anyone know what I should check?

Also, what type of fuse goes in slot No. 14 in the fuse box under the dash by the clutch pedal? There isnt one in there currently

The spedometer was also acting up once in a while before I did this too. It would first stay at zero, and then jump to 35mph and then go back down.
