so i was just driving like normal on the freeway the other day until my cluster and center console lights go out...i thought it was the headlights switch so i checked and looked but my headlights were on although my signal lights were off...so my first reaction was to stop and take a look....to my surprise when i hit the brake to slow down, everything turned back on..but it only stays on when i hit the brake....weird

im guessing it was maybe a fuse? but then if it was a blown fuse..nothing would be on at all, correct?

so my cluster, center console, and front turn signal lights are all in on/off sync with my brake light. weirdest **** ive ever seen....anyone else have this problem or know what the solution might be? im going to replace the fuses today just in case anyways....thx for any and all help.

Could be a loose ground under the dash, or just a loose connection at one of the clips. When you brake you may be causing the connection to complete the circuit again. My cluster used to turn on and off as I went over bumps. I took it out and everything seems fine. I just unplugged everything and pluged it back in and the problem seems to be gone. I tightened up all the screws on the back of the cluster too but I dont know if that would do anything.
