cluster and climate control lights dont work

so on my s13 i just installed led lights on my climate control. plug the wires up and the lights worked. now they dont work and my cluster lights dont work. just the lights that should turn on when the parking lights r on. im assumeing it could be a fuse but i checked all of them. what else could it be?

Did you do any custom splicing or and exposed wires? Maybe you burned up a wire in your harness. I would double check all of the fuses just in case.
