Clunking sound on full lock , from steering

Hi people new to the forum , got a 1997 Qx4 104,000, Last month it has been making small clunking sound on full lock and steering does not feel as sharp as it should be kind of slack???

Could it be possibly be the track rod end's,

Any help would be appreciated.

I'd try greasing the steering stops first and see if it helps.

I don't know if this helps but on Jeeps (I have one) it usually mean U-joint replacement. I don't know if the QX4 has got U-joints.
