I noticed this a little last night and it seems to have gotten worse since I drove back into town (~40mi total).
Cliff's Notes:Accident in January + bad road = suspension/axle issue?
Story:It's a clunk, almost like how a loose wheel sounds (my wheels aren't loose) when I go over practically any road imperfection. It comes from the driver's side suspension.
My girlfriend lives on a dirt road and since we've had a lot of rain lately it's rutted VERY badly. I noticed it on the way home from her house last night. I'd been up and down her road a couple times during the evening.
I was also in a front-end accident in January that resulted in the bumper, headlights, hood, grille, and bumper support being replaced. I'm afraid I may have sustained more damage then than I'd thought and am just now getting the effects of some further damage thanks to the aforementioned road.
I plan on driving it minimally this week and taking it to a shop on Friday, but I was hoping I could give them some idea what's up... any clues?
