clunking noise from rear right break

After break gets heated up, whenever I apply break, I hear clunking noise at around 5 to 20 mph . Paticularly when I coast down hill.

When I check the break by its look, it looks o.k.

What could be the problem?

is it possible that the inside pad might be worn down and you didnt notice? when a pad is down to the backing plate it will make wierd noises, but only at low speed.

Yes, I have to change pads and that's something new.
