clunking in rear of car

I started noticing a clunking noise from the rear of my car, almost as if something is teetering in the trunk of my car. it only happens at low speeds ( under 10 mph) when driving over uneven surfaces. Most noticibly when i cross a speed bump catty wonkad, or back out of my driveway that has a rain gutter in the street.. any ideas? im sure its suspension and i have checked for loose items in my trunk....

Would look under the car to see if anything has come loose, like the sway bar or something. Just in case would check the lug nuts as well.

Could be the rear brakes or the axles need to be lubricated as well.
