Like the title says, I hear a clunk when I hit the brakes.

I did replace a few things including replacing the tension rod bushings with polyurethane one's. Could this be a normal result of using those bushings?

I know this is an old thread but I have the same problem... I almost positive its my rear caliper. The hole in which the rods guide the caliper... not sure how else to explain it. Anyways my holes are slightly warped or stretched and the cause the caliper to stick, making a clunking sound when I tap the brakes.
