Is it just a sound or can you feel something moving?

yikes! You should put it up on a lift at the hobby shop and look for bad suspesion bushings and transmission mount.

Don't do that. Get the car on a lift and start wiggling things.

I would check the tranng X-member bushing first. The rear suspension is so highly interconnected it would be hard for one bad bushing to induce an audible clunk.

that's the noise. As an experiment try cranking the springs tighter and I suspect the noise will disappear.

my buddy had an R32 with coilovers and would get a clunk when hitting bumps in the road. He got helper springs that took up the slack without raising the ride height noticeably. It may not be that on your car but definitely check it. If your car is clunking all around it's a safe bet.
