when i back up, feels like the whole rear of the car 'lift' just a little bit and makes the clunk sound, and when i release the clutch while shifting, as if the subframe bushings are completely worn and it just slams against the 'frame' every time, i am wanting to completely replace any worn bushings on the whole suspension, is the energy suspension polyurethane kit come complete with ALL bushings? i have new shocks, eibach pro kit springs are about 5 years old, i replaced the shock mount bushings too, which helped a little bit, anyone else with this?

It depends they sell a "master kit" that has pretty much everything...it does not have subframe bushings, just small inserts that fill in the voids of the oem ones...It does have new bushings for all the link though iirc...

sounds like your subframe bushings are shot. my car sounded like that so i bought SPL subframe collars. Those helped for a while, but im getting noise again from the rear. Do it right the first time and get replacement bushings. Im sure the SPL aluminum bushings are beast. Does anyone make a urethane bushing specificly for the 240? My frien installed z32 urethane bushings but said they don't fit quite right

besides that, is there anything else that it could be? so i shouldnt get just the inserts? i plan on taking my car completely appart and replace everything that is remotely worn out, but that wont be for another 4 months, who offers the complete kit for the s14?

The ES master bushing kit is almost everything, you just need to pick up some subframe bushings from SPL in addition to the kit.
