Every time I stop and take off from full stop (transmission in gear) I get small clunk or thump. Few online searches say it's axle wrap or driveshaft slip yoke resetting. It's not audible, I can only feel it. Any idea on how to fix it? Does anyone have the same problem?

Could be a U-joint going out, or a spring or motor mount or something. Tough to pinpoint really.

Does it happen if you are in neutral with the parking brake on and you just free rev the engine (nailing the throttle), or if you have the brakes on and hit the gas a bit?
If so, you can probably pop the hood and have someone look at the engine while you do it and see if it moves a lot, or try to look under the vehicle to see if something is moving/rocking.

No, it's coming from the driveshaft. I noticed if I put in neutral before stop, it doesn't clunk. I also heard that leaf springs could be too soft and it's causing axle wrap. It feels like a bump, not really a clunk. What do you think?

Did you check your motor and transmission mounts?

Yes, no problem with mounts. The truck has only 37k miles. I think either soft leaf springs causing axle wrap or slip yoke bump (resetting). But slip yoke is sealed and there is no way to put grease in it. Does anyone alse has the same problem and how to fix it?

Yeah you're going to have to get someone down there to narrow it down. You need to know where the noise is coming from in order to pinpoint your inspections.
