CLUNK NOISE

Hey guysSo i changed all my tie rod ends and control arms and did front break job, and my suspension is pretty good aswell.

But every time i stop and go aggresively i hear this clunk noise from the front right.

My mechanic is not sure what it is?I was thinking front struts?

could be a worn motor mount

ok so its mysteriously has gone away, but im sure it will be back, my mechanic did some research and said many altima guys had a problem and it was the right front strut.....

anybody had the problem??
