clucth swap with idle problem! Help!

95 240sx KA24DE Nismo clucth. pressure plate, lite fly wheel. the problem is that after everything was done the idle is crazy, idle 1600rpm. and higher. if u bump the throttle it rockets to 2-3000 and does not return.IAC adjust- does noting, throttle sensor adjust -does noting. Nissan FSM procedure - does nothing. Is this the Crank sensor , or something other. please help we have tried all we can find and think of.
