I have driven Hals car, very nice. I like the completeness with the turbo timer especially ( u pull key car keeps running for a 3 minutes but you can lock it and walk away).

He isnt going thru engines anymore and solved all tuning issues at this point.

Its a daily driver right now.It is for sale though, since he wants to buy an Infiniti.

Fred...:)

I remember seeing it for sale. I wish I had enough money to be able to buy it. hard to believe he's on stock injectors like the video says tho.

I may supercharge my maxima in the near future. Yes it is amazing stock injectors even more amazing, stock engine. Great to see honda people opening their eyes a little. Also shows that maximas aren't too heavy. Nick

Ahh yes, Because a kid with Civic EX and a 200 shot of nitrous on stock internals is NOT living on the edge. I guess when you have a fast car, people are haters! Who cars how Hal had his car setup. That thing was freaking fast. Even with that setup, you can still tone it down to drive it on the street. Haters, haters, haters.

there are quite a few fast cars on that site. That's probably the only honda site I've been to that isn't full of ricers. Most of those cars are swapped and some of them are very very fast. A stock si is faster than a stock 240 all day. I wouldn't hate on them too much here folks. We have a tons of ricers here as well.

not hating on them for being ricers. i know club SI was a good place, but they sure are hating on the nissan guy quite a bit. i respect the Si, thats about the only USDM honda i'd get, other than a teg GSR or type R. but they obviously cant return the props.

I respect honda because they make really good all motor power. But I would not get one because they are everywhere, FF, and the theft rate on them is insane.

Hal bought a I30 :) Said he was thinking of just doing some hardcore suspension work and leaving the motor etc alone. I can respect that; he has been through ALOT with the Max. I have ridden in it a couple times, absolutely rediculous. These boys at clubsi just have no clue. I didnt' really like the remark about 'having stock injectors and bragging about it is dumb.' I'd like to shoot him. I would LOVE to see his vehicle run 10psi/n20 on stock fuel. dumba$$es

Yeah, they would have respected him if he had run them through bright blue APC headers.

I'm here I'm here!

it's funny how many rounds my car has made it on recently from honda-tech to srtforums to svtperformance, etc etc. It's funny to watch the weblogs and see hundreds of hits come from specific forums overnight :) and then to go see what they said haha. Lots of misinformation and doubters, it's great!

BTW the car remains in my garage, as I debate what I want to do... I'm missing it already, and I still own it? wtf. I'm half tempted to go SP67 or larger on it... see if I can't play with the big dogs!

Hal,

Keep it! You did so much work to get it that fast! Don't let some stupid kid to buy it and wreck it. Nice to know that you still have it. Are you going to bring it to the March 20th meet?

I would definitely keep it. It's quite unique and a very nice ride at that.
