Been fighting with my timing issue. Had it set at 17 degrees when at wot and 12psi. Running low 10s across the board. Fixed my timing and now it's at 21 degrees wot. Happy with that. So to accomadate the extra retard i figured I'd bump psi up to 15ish. Go for a slow run get on it and car just has nothing, so I go WOT and the car reacts and starts to go I let off a little bit checking my a/f ratio and all of a sudden my turbo spools and pegs out my boost gauge.(20 psi) I let off throttle and was at about 75% throttle when this happened When it was flying past 15 foot was off the pedal and clutch was in. No damage done So I mess with the damn XS MBC and got it to around 17psi but car runs like crap.Messed with some fuel and tried again and boost went up high but either spark went out or I dumped too much fuel or MAFS maxed out (stock)I can go either very slow or WOT. So decided to go back to square one and turned psi back down to 12.Now can't get the car to run correctly. Got safc to control fuel, innoative widebandto watch a/f, and mdm techtom to watch timing.Going slow car is in upper 13's low 14's maybe half throttle the car jsut gives up and almost stalls. But if I got full throttle the car picks up a little(@9 a/f ratio) and as rpm's climb the turbo spools and is starts to take off quick. How can I fix my mid throttle???? Never had this issue before. Was wondering if it was directly related to timing or I just need to get some more time to play with my fuel.... I wish there was a shop nearby, closest one is 45minutes away, and I don't quite trust them.....next one is an hr and a half awayAny tips?

I think you answered your own questions. Check the bold areas thats where I would check. Usually stock mafs are only good till 8-10psi and spark gap about the same.
