Can someone please explain what Clocking a S15 turbo is?

Hmm...what would you want to clock the turbo for exactly?

Clocking is just the rotating of the hosings so that the outlet of the compressor housing is in the proper direction for the application. Say pointing down vs into the block.

It is applied to many turbos as many are clockable, not just the t28.
