Whats the trick to rotating the compressor on the stock SR turbo? Theres none of the standard perimeter bolts that you just loosen to rotate. I'm in a bind and cant install this engine in my sons 521 pickup till I do this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I'm not gonna act stupid but did you search?zerothread?id=266340Thats my thread, I made it awhile back but anyways to give you the run down. Across the HUGE snap ring on the turbo, theirs some bolts like 6 I think, losen those bolts, DON'T take them out, losen them just enough so that you're able to spin the turbo. Shouldn't require much force. Like little to no force, should spin pretty easily, obviously not loosely, depending on how much you loosen the bolts.
