clock, radio, inside lights not working! and NO ching ching beep sound

Ok, I first took the housing off the steering, below piece and tach piece to piviot the piece that has the hazard and defrost. (93 silvia)

I must of accidently pulled a wire out or ripped a wire, but I can't see anything but I did hear somthing..

Now my clock lights up but wont show a damn thing, my light switches above my head dont work for the front, nor the backand my RADIO is not turning on.

and no 240sx beep beep ching ching sound.(like if you dont turn off the lights before you leave. or seat belt.)

Any help guys??

oh and another question this happend twice now.

I turn my car off. and all of a sudden, it starts to click. from the tach, the tach lights up and off. On and off. and my turn signals light up on and off simultaneously as well. Also it won't let me turn my car on. But after messing around with it. poppin the hood, putting it back in. playing with the shifter, I don't know exactly what triggerd it to do this, or even trigger it to go back to normal. Is this possible a anti theft gizmo the previous owner might is installed ? what the heck is it!
