Clips to hold license plate screws

Is there any where to get the clips that help hold the license plate screw? I have tried everywhere.

Dealer should have them... I'm not sure what the 08 Z used, but it might be helpful to look through here and see what matches up: https://www.auveco.com/product/auto.html
