its moest likely the level switch like 1234 each setting has a different power wire that goes to the blower motor i assume that the power wires are fine because i dont see how they would all burn out at the same time.so ur best bet is the switch itself

how does a fan change speeds?at 'high' fan speed, there is essentially a direct connect of system voltage across the fan motor.since the system voltage should always be around 14v, there must be a voltage divider in the system to 'knock down' the system voltage in order to reduce the fan speed.

check the 'blower resistor', it is near the fan housing.

stick ur head under the passanger side and look up u should see the fan motor. it sounds like i can be 2 things 1 the fan motor is going out or most likely it the blower motor resistor thats found by the motor. check ur local parts store and its probly like a $20 part give or take.

it is defintaly the resistor somewhat behind the glove box. Mine went out in June this year. I went to the junk yard pulled it out of a Altima installed in and 15 bucks and 30 mins later my problem was solved.
