Replaced my battery yesterday and now the climate control fails to full fan speed in the auto mode.
Any suggestions on how to reset the system?

You can disconnect the battery for an hour or so to let the system drain or you can take it to the dealer for them to reset the ECU (can possibly go to a AutoZone-style place and have them use their reader to reset as well).

Apparently the cabin sensor is disconnected.
Anyone know where the sensor is located?

I'm not sure specifically where it is but you should be able to trace it by going through the FSM

Found it, there is a small hose and white wire on the driver side by the right knee area. If you remove the cover theres a pretty good chance these two items will disconnect.
