My climate control screen looks bad. it looks like the plastic film convering it is peeling\chipping. I can chip away at it with my fingernail.

Anybody know how to clean it. Or what grade sand paper to use??

What year?

I used Meguiars plastic-x? on my 90 screen. Worked out the few scratches it had.

I believe the face plate can be ordered separately from the dealership... not sure on the price. I also have a spare 94 controller in my parts box if you decide you'd like to replace it... I bought it to see if I could somehow retrofit it to my 90, but they're just too different. Seems like I paid about $40 for it - so I would let it go for that.
