Climate Control Problem...

I have a 95 240sx. Yesterday I was checking the light bulbs to see if they were bad, since they did not light up. I looked at them, they were still good so I put them back. When I put the climate control back in all of the lights lit up. I was excited. But when I turned on the car and used the climate control I was trying to switch the air from defrost to blow at my face, and nothing happened. The light still lights up under the switches but the air still is coming out of the defrost. I'm thinking I might have messed something up while I was looking at the bulbs.. I need some help. Anyone have any ideas.

Yes I reconnected the 3 cables
