Climate Control Issues

Senario 1: Turn off climate control and ticking noise occurs just behind the module. Sound like a light tapping of a bongo drum. Could this be compressor valves clattering?

Senario 2: At high speeds (over 70 mph) sometimes the fan gets blocked somehow. It seems like the door to the unit closes. The fan works fine at all speeds, but gets blocked somehow.

Any insight would be appreciated.
